Payments

We accept credit card payment via our website. We may also offer additional services via our payment processor Stripe. You can also contact us if you wish to pay by check or money order within the US. All international orders require credit card payment or electronic invoicing via our secure processor. 

Pricing

Generally, we do not offer any discounts, sales, or reduced pricing, combined item discounts,  or reduced fee shipping on our products, with the exception of wholesale and resale accounts.

Returns

Any item you wish to return must be unused and in original packaging. Products that have been installed or used in service are strictly not returnable. In order to return an item, you must obtain an RMA / Authorization in advance. In order to do so, please contact us. We will require you to take photos of the product prior to returning it. A 20% restocking fee may apply. If we find that a product has been returned used, buyer will be responsible for return postage.

Cancellations

Orders not yet shipped can be cancelled at any time prior to shipment. Please contact us. We reserve the right to cancel order placed with us for any reason. In this case, the buyer will be refunded the full payment amount within approximately 10-14 business days.

Refunds

Defective products are eligible for a full refund. We can only refund via the original payment method. Returns which are unused and received in resalable condition are eligible for a refund. A 20% restocking fee may apply.

Backordered Items

If an item is shown as backordered and the shopping cart allows for backorder checkout, please contact us to obtain an estimate as to when the item will become available. If backorder checkout is not allowed for the item, you can still contact us for status and availability. 

Warranty

All items carry a 12-month limited warranty which begins on the date of purchase. To obtain warranty coverage, contact us. If you are having an issue with a product outside of the warranty period, please contact us and we may be able to offer extended service to you.

Processing Times

We make many or our products to order, which may lead to processing times up to 14 business days for most items, unless indicated otherwise in the product description.

Shipping Availability

We do not ship to all countries. If your country is not shown in the shipping selection for an item, please contact us to find out if we can ship. We ship via USPS and/or Fedex for our international service. 

Shipping Address

The shipping address must match the cardholder or payment address. Please provide a valid phone number for tariff and carrier requirements.

Customs

Any customs / tariff / duty fees and any local taxes or handling fees are the responsibility of the buyer. We will not falsify your invoice to reduce these fees. Please do your own research and be prepared to pay any charges you may owe at import.

Tracking

When your order ships, a tracking email will go out to you via our system. Please kindly check your junk mail folder before reaching out for a tracking number.
